Bald Services are an intermediary that connects you to the booster. Funds are released to the booster upon successful completion of the job. By doing this, Bald Services takes a commission and releases the rest of the funds. The price and agreement are made between yourself and the booster.
We reserve the right to decline any order (or refund any order), as we see fit.
Do not log in while a service is being completed. If you need to log in, please alert us beforehand. If you log in and it affects the service, the admins have the right to cancel the order.
We are not responsible for the loss of wealth on an account after a service. You must change your password after services.
You must provide all the necessary requirements to efficiently complete the order.
All our jobs are done by hand and therefore, we are not responsible for any infractions on the account. This applies to any type of ban or mute. No refund will be provided in the case of a ban.
We are not accountable for the loss of a HCIM or Pure status but we will do everything in our power to protect it.
In cases where nothing was agreed upon, we value Ironman Accounts like regular accounts. We don’t value items/gp or bank value any higher just because it’s an Ironman.
All services ordered on Discord must be ordered through a ticket. Only Admins are allowed to process IRL payments.
Your account password must be changed:
A. Before we start a job.
B. After the job is completed.
C. If there is a change of trainer.
If you wish to cancel your order:
– A 20% cancellation fee will apply.
– If work hasn’t started and you cancel, a 10% fee will apply to compensate time wasted.
If a Parsec disconnect/issue is caused by you (the customer), it is up to an Admin/Owner to decide the next step. This can lead to your service being cut short with no refund.
Refunds will be given either in GP or the original payment method, at the Admin’s discretion.
All loot in raids is considered FFA. If a purple is obtained during a login/parsec, you (the customer) will keep it unless otherwise agreed in the ticket.
By ordering a service or making a purchase with us, you agree to all of the conditions listed above.
If our ToS is broken by you, we have the right to refuse a refund and cancel all current orders.
Attempting to scam will result in a ban without refund and order cancellation.
We reserve the right to update our Terms of Service at any time.
Important: Users must remove unnecessary wealth from their accounts before services.
Account ToS
You agree to and understand that we are not the original owner (OO) of the accounts we sell unless specifically stated otherwise.
We will provide recovery assistance for 1 month following the sale of any account. We will not be held responsible for any bans made on the account after sale.
If your account is locked due to RWT (Real World Trading), this is not our responsibility.
We do not have a buyback clause. It is up to the seller whether they wish to buy back the account.
You must change the registered email and password after purchasing the account. Failure to do so violates our ToS and releases us of any responsibility.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
