What is the Mokhaiotl Cloth used for in OSRS and How do I create the Confliction Gauntlets?

The Mokhaiotl Cloth is combined with your character’s Tormented Bracelet (Zenyte Jewellery) to create the Confliction Gauntlets. This is your new Best In Slot magic bracelet. Its passive effect allow single handed magic weapons to roll their accuracy twice, ensuring more accurate hits and better DPS. This does not work for the Tumeken’s Shadow.

To create the Confliction Gauntlets in Runescape, you must combine your Tormented Bracelet with the Mokhaiotl Cloth and Demon Tears.

What are the Avernic Treads drop from Delve? How do I get the Best In Slots boots for all OSRS PvM?

The Avernic treads are boots that will be dropped from Osto-Ayak (Delve Boss). Whilst the basic boots are still very good, it will be further upgradeable by attaching these boots with your Primordial, Pegasian and Eternal boots, along with Demon Tears. These will require level 80 in Defence, Strength, Ranged and Magic to wield and will undoubtedly be used absolutely everywhere as they’ll be in the best in slot boots for every occasion.

What is the Eye of Ayak?

The Eye of Ayak will be the second most powerful staff in OSRS, placing its ability in between the Tumeken’s Shadow and Sunguinesti Staff. The Eye of Ayak will require 83 magic to wield and will be especially useful with the Confliction Gauntlets, whose passive effect only works on single handed magic weapons.

The special attack Consumes 50% special attack energy. It an attack speed of 5 ticks, but with doubled Accuracy and a 30% higher Max Hit. Additionally, it drains Magic Defence equal to damage dealt, but it cannot drain below 0. NPCs will not regenerate lost Magic Defence. Source: Wiki
