The Doom of Mokhaiotl is a new Delve Boss, and Delve bosses are unlike anything you’ve faced before. If you manage to defeat the Doom, you’ll face a choice: leave with your loot or push your luck by fighting an even stronger version of the boss for greater rewards.

The battle escalates with each victory, the challenge grows fiercer, but so do the rewards, maxing out at Delve Level 8. You can keep delving beyond that, but the difficulty won’t increase further. However, death comes at a cost: lose everything you’ve earned and walk away with nothing.

When you defeat the Doom, it retreats deeper into its burrow. The further down you go, the higher your chances of earning unique drops, with some rewards exclusive to the deepest, deadliest levels. Remember, your progress resets if you return to the surface,you must conquer the Delve in a single, unbroken run or start over from Level 1.

The deeper you delve, the greater your chances of claiming exclusive rewards, including:

• Eye of Ayak – A powerful new one-handed magic weapon
• Avernic Treads – The ultimate tribrid boots, combining the Pegasian, Primordial, and Eternal boots into a single pair
• Confliction Gauntlets – An upgrade to the Tormented Bracelet, offering even greater power

Each level you conquer boosts your odds of securing these rare drops,so the further you push, the sweeter the spoils!

The Doom of Mokhaiotl challenges you across eight increasingly delve levels, each more punishing than the last. Once you conquer the final tier, you can continue battling at peak difficulty. But be warned: one misstep means losing it all. Fall to the Doom, and every reward you’ve fought for vanishes.

Avernic Treads

• Requirements: 80 Defence, Strength, Ranged, and Magic
• Obtained as a base drop from the Doom of Mokhaiotl
• Upgraded by combining with Primordial Boots, Pegasian Boots, and Eternal Boots, plus Demon Tears
• Becomes untradeable once upgraded (reverting removes all materials except the Tears)

Eye of Ayak

• Requirements: 83 Magic
• A powerful powered staff dropped by the Doom of Mokhaiotl
• Second-strongest staff in the game, ranking between the Sanguinesti Staff and Tumeken’s Shadow
• Retains usefulness even with Tumeken’s Shadow due to its special attack and faster attack speed

Mokhaiotl Cloth

• Used with Demon Tears to upgrade the Tormented Bracelet into Confliction Gauntlets

Demon Tears

• Multi-purpose resource dropped by the Doom of Mokhaiotl
• Used to:
  • Charge the Eye of Ayak (alternative to runes)Craft Avernic Treads
  • Upgrade to Confliction Gauntlets
