To start mystic chinning, you’ll want to have at least ~900 Chinchompas. For gear, Void or black d’hide is the absolute minimum you should consider. If you lack the Herblore level for Ranging Potions, don’t worry, Lizardkickers are an excellent alternative. You can purchase them for a small amount of GP at the pub in Shayzien. Using Lizardkickers can significantly boost your XP per Chinchompa thrown, making them a must-have for efficient training.

Additionally, bringing Prayer Potions to sustain Eagle Eye is strongly recommended to maximize your damage output and XP rates. Each session lasts about 40 minutes so be sure to copy the inventory above to make sure you have enough prayer!

Step 3: Lower Mystic Defence

Activate Protect from Magic and your best Ranged Prayer. Focus on the single Mystic that isn’t stacked.
